Job Responsibility

Requirements
Previous experience in a customer service or call center environment
Ability to manage inbound calls efficiently while maintaining a courteous and helpful approach
Strong data entry and order processing skills with close attention to accuracy
Comfortable handling both inbound and outbound phone communication
Clear verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational abilities and the capacity to manage multiple tasks at once
