Job Responsibility
Serve as the primary customer care contact for logistics clients, handling inquiries regarding order status, inventory levels, and delivery schedules via phone and email
Input, update, and manage high-volume client orders and shipping data accurately within the AS400 or Warehouse Management System (WMS)
Coordinate directly with the warehousing and logistics operations teams to ensure order accuracy, timely dispatch, and prompt resolution of any shipping discrepancies
Investigate and resolve customer complaints or delivery delays efficiently, providing proactive updates to maintain high levels of client satisfaction
Maintain organized documentation of customer interactions, transactions, track-and-trace records, and specialized client billing files
Requirements
Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience as a Customer Service Representative or in a dedicated customer care role, specifically within the logistics, freight forwarding, or warehousing sectors
Mandatory hands-on technical experience using AS400 or a modern Warehouse Management System (WMS)
Professional proficiency in both English and French (bilingualism) is required to successfully service national client accounts
Ability to work reliably on-site at the Etobicoke, ON facility during standard operational hours
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong technical proficiency in logistics software, specifically requiring intermediate to advanced knowledge of AS400 or a Warehouse Management System (WMS)
Exceptional customer care and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build rapport and handle challenging client situations with professionalism
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, allowing you to prioritize urgent requests in a fast-paced warehousing environment
