Job Responsibility:
Handles inbound calls and emails
Processes orders/order entry
Enters orders accurately and notifies customer of expected delivery date
Responds to emails to ensure customer is satisfied with request / resolution
Notifies customer if there will be any delay for order
Reaches out to suppliers to resolve tracking discrepancies or other problem resolution
Provides customer with shipping and status information
Requirements:
Ability to exude confidence, knowledge, and empathy when interacting with internal and external partners and clients/customers
Ability to navigate multiple computer systems and applications
Expertise in Microsoft Office
Strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
Supportive, positive attitude with a detail oriented demeanor applied to all tasks
2+ years' experience with performing in a goal-driven & customer-focused environment preferred
Strong order entry skills
Critical thinking, problem solving, ability to work independently
Nice to have:
Previous ERP system experience would be helpful
