Job Responsibility

  • Establishing customer car rental needs by actively listening
  • Review in detail ABG’s various add on’s and services as to determine what may best suit the customer
  • Communicate rental procedures and guidelines effectively
  • Complete rental bookings in a timely, efficient and accurate manner
  • Answering customer questions and inquiries

Requirements

  • A full and valid Australian driver’s licence
  • Availability to work a rotating roster (including weekends, evenings, and public holidays)
  • Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales is a plus
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while delivering exceptional service
  • Comfortable using computer systems to manage bookings and rental information
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
