Our client, a global manufacturing organization, is seeking a temporary Call Center Customer Service Representative to provide high‑quality support to customers and internal teams. This role is responsible for handling inbound inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring a positive customer experience. The CSR will use multiple systems to research information, document interactions, and provide accurate, timely responses. This temporary position covers a leave of absence and requires on‑site work Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.
Job Responsibility:
Respond to inbound customer calls and emails by providing clear, accurate information and resolving inquiries in a timely manner
Troubleshoot customer issues related to orders, products, services, or account information
Document all interactions in the appropriate systems with accuracy and attention to detail
Collaborate with internal departments such as operations, logistics, and technical support to resolve escalated or complex customer concerns
Provide follow‑up communication to ensure customer issues are fully resolved and expectations are met
Support company initiatives by sharing updates, promoting programs, and ensuring consistent messaging to customers
Maintain service quality standards including call handling metrics, professionalism, and customer satisfaction goals
Identify recurring issues and escalate trends to leadership to support process improvements
Requirements:
Associate degree required
bachelor's degree preferred
4+ years of customer service or call center experience in a fast‑paced environment
Experience using call center or CRM systems
Strong Microsoft Excel skills for tracking, reporting, and data review
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain information clearly and professionally
Strong problem‑solving abilities and the ability to handle multiple inquiries at once
High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in documentation and communication
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with team members
