Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Fayetteville, Arkansas. This is a Contract to permanent position that offers an exciting opportunity to grow professionally while contributing to a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The role involves providing exceptional support to clients, maintaining productivity standards, and actively participating in special projects.

Job Responsibility:

  • Respond to inbound client inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Document customer interactions by creating and updating cases in a case management system
  • Maintain daily productivity logs to assess performance and identify areas for improvement
  • Make outbound calls to clients to address complex issues, ensuring timely and effective resolutions
  • Participate in special projects such as system testing and client support initiatives under leadership direction
  • Adapt to updated procedures and policies as determined by management
  • Provide empathetic and detailed support to clients in a high-volume call center environment
  • Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive client information while handling inquiries
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve shared goals and maintain a positive work environment

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in customer support within a fast-paced setting
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently
  • Proficiency in using computer applications, including internet tools and Microsoft Excel
  • Exceptional attention to detail and analytical problem-solving abilities
  • Demonstrated ability to remain calm under pressure and handle stressful situations effectively
  • Commitment to punctuality, excellent attendance, and maintaining a detail-oriented approach
