Job Description

Reputable logistics company in search of a Customer Service Representative to join their team for 6 months on a temporary basis. Searching for an individual with prior experience providing office-based customer support experience, ideally in a logistics, transportation, or manufacturing environment.

Job Responsibility

  • Respond to incoming phone calls from customers regarding shipments, billing, and general account questions
  • Schedule appointments for customers
  • Maintain detailed records and perform data entry related tasks

Requirements

  • Prior experience in a customer support or data entry role
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Suite
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • High School Diploma or GED required
