Job Responsibility:
Provide accurate responses to existing and new members while maintaining the highest level of customer service
Effectively troubleshoot/resolve telephone/email inquiries using various systems and tools in a timely fashion
Requirements:
Strong English communication skills
Must be able to pass The Federal Government's Enhanced Security Screening
Strong computer skills, with the ability to use multiple screens and systems simultaneously (multitasking)
2+ years of customer service or call center experience is required
Proven problem-solving abilities
Ability to work effectively under pressure
High school diploma or equivalent
Nice to have:
Previous experience in finance, banking, or a leadership role is a strong asset
What we offer:
