We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Jacksonville, Florida. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional support and assistance through phone interactions. Job Responsibility:
Respond to incoming calls promptly and professionally, addressing customer inquiries and concerns
Provide accurate information about products, services, and orders to ensure customer satisfaction
Handle both inbound and outbound calls to assist with customer needs and resolve issues efficiently
Process and input orders accurately into the system while maintaining attention to detail
Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless communication and problem-solving
Maintain thorough records of customer interactions and follow established procedures
Deliver exceptional service by consistently meeting or exceeding performance metrics and expectations
Adapt to a fast-paced call center environment while managing multiple tasks effectively
Uphold company values by maintaining a positive and respectful attitude during customer interactions
Requirements:
At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center role
At least 1 year of experience in mortgage, finance, or insurance
Strong communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally
Proficiency in handling inbound and outbound calls efficiently
Demonstrated ability to manage and resolve customer issues with empathy and patience
Familiarity with order entry systems and attention to detail in processing information
Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
Positive attitude and commitment to delivering outstanding customer experiences
Basic computer skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly
