Customer Service Representative

• Provide daily support to the inside sales and manufacturing teams by addressing operational needs and customer inquiries
• Process credit orders efficiently and accurately as required
• Manage proof of delivery documents, ensuring all records are properly maintained
• Handle inbound and outbound calls, delivering prompt and courteous service to customers
• Perform data entry tasks using Microsoft Excel with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail
• Support order entry processes, ensuring timely and error-free completion
• Maintain a detail-oriented and positive approach while resolving customer issues and concerns
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a safe and organized workplace
• Take on additional responsibilities as needed to assist the team and enhance workflow

• Previous experience in customer service, ideally in a call center or similar environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data entry and record management
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to handle inbound and outbound calls effectively
• Demonstrated ability to process orders and manage documentation accurately
• Organized and detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining high-quality results
• Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
• Flexibility to adapt to various tasks and responsibilities as needed
