Job Responsibility:
Coordinate and oversee the dispatch of drivers to ensure timely deliveries
Respond to customer inquiries promptly and provide accurate information
Perform data entry tasks to maintain accurate records and documentation
Utilize Microsoft Word and Excel to create, update, and manage reports
Collaborate with logistics teams to ensure smooth operations and resolve any issues
Monitor schedules and adjust dispatch plans as needed
Maintain a detail-oriented and courteous demeanor when interacting with customers and team members
Identify and address potential delays or problems in the dispatch process
Support team members in achieving operational goals and deadlines
Requirements:
Previous experience in dispatching or logistics is preferred
Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle inquiries professionally
