We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team in Vandalia, Ohio. Job Responsibility:
Perform accurate data entry into member portals and validate submissions with confirmation numbers
Process enrollments and maintain eligibility records efficiently
Generate and analyze reports to support member services operations
Communicate with vendors and representatives to address inquiries and resolve issues
Manage mail distribution and ensure proper scanning and indexing of documents
Respond to inbound calls professionally, addressing member questions and concerns
Coordinate schedules and appointments to meet member needs
Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word for documentation and reporting
Handle email correspondence promptly to support member inquiries
Maintain attention to detail while performing order entry tasks to ensure accuracy
Requirements:
Proven experience in customer service roles, demonstrating excellent communication skills
Proficiency in data entry and familiarity with member portals
Ability to handle inbound calls and provide effective solutions
Skilled in using Microsoft Excel and Word for documentation and analysis
Experience in email correspondence and managing schedules
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high productivity
Prior experience in scanning, indexing, and mail distribution is advantageous
