Job Responsibility
Assist customers with questions regarding products, services, orders, and account information
Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, and other communication channels
Investigate and resolve customer concerns in a timely and professional manner
Enter and update customer information accurately within company systems
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure customer requests are completed
Follow up with customers to confirm satisfaction and resolution
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and account activity
Requirements
2+ years of customer service, call center, administrative, or related experience preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities
Comfortable handling a high volume of phone calls, emails, and customer inquiries
Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
Strong data entry and computer skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
