Customer Service Representative

• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all details such as pricing, shipping, and billing are verified
• Maintain and update customer records with important information, including quoted pricing, delivery instructions, and address changes
• Collaborate with sales staff to provide timely support and communication while they are in the field
• Handle customer inquiries and issues, providing solutions and documentation for complaints or concerns
• Audit purchase orders to ensure compliance with pricing, terms, quantities, and special instructions
• Facilitate the return process for customer products in accordance with established procedures
• Support team members with data entry and order intake tasks, promoting a collaborative work environment
• Ensure adherence to compliance, safety, and regulatory standards across all customer service functions
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues and maintain customer satisfaction
• Participate in cross-departmental collaboration to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer support

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and make sound decisions
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset
• Proven ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM or ERP systems
• Commitment to teamwork, customer satisfaction, and delivering results consistently

Familiarity with chemical distribution or manufacturing industries is a plus
