We are looking for a dedicated and personable Customer Service Representative to join our team in Richmond, Virginia. This role involves assisting the community by providing accurate information, addressing inquiries, and supporting government services. Job Responsibility:

Respond to inquiries, concerns, and requests regarding government services, policies, and programs
Guide constituents through government procedures to ensure a seamless and positive experience

Stay informed about local government initiatives, programs, and services to provide up-to-date information
Handle sensitive information with professionalism and maintain strict confidentiality
