Job Responsibility:
Manage service requests and schedule tasks to meet customer requirements
Act as a key point of contact for clients and internal teams to maintain strong working relationships
Prepare, issue and track service-related documentation and variations
Maintain accurate records, tracking logs, and system data
Assist with material demands and coordinate with third-party providers to ensure operational success
Requirements:
Proven experience in a customer service or operations-based environment, ideally within transport or automotive
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience using MRP/ERP or CRM systems is essential
Strong time management and the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively
A results-oriented mindset with the ability to maintain high standards under pressure
