Job Responsibility
Respond to incoming customer calls with professionalism, providing clear information and timely resolution to service-related inquiries
Place outbound calls as needed to follow up on requests, confirm details, and maintain consistent communication with customers
Enter customer orders accurately into internal systems while verifying product, account, and shipment information
Address service concerns by identifying issues, documenting interactions, and escalating more complex matters when appropriate
Maintain organized and complete records of customer conversations, order updates, and follow-up actions
Support day-to-day call center operations by balancing service quality, responsiveness, and accuracy across multiple tasks
Requirements
Previous experience in a customer service or call center environment
Ability to manage inbound and outbound calls with confidence and professionalism
Experience with order entry and maintaining accurate data in business systems
Strong verbal and written communication skills
