We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Newark, New Jersey. In this long-term contract role, you will serve as the first point of contact for customers, ensuring their inquiries are handled efficiently and professionally. This position requires excellent communication skills and a strong ability to manage customer interactions effectively.
Job Responsibility:
Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and empathy, addressing customer inquiries and concerns
Process orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all details are captured correctly
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in the system
Resolve customer issues promptly, coordinating with internal teams when necessary
Provide clear and accurate information about products, services, and company policies
Strive to exceed customer satisfaction standards by offering exceptional service
Follow established procedures and guidelines for call center operations
Monitor and manage multiple customer accounts simultaneously
Identify opportunities to improve service processes and share feedback with management
Requirements:
Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a call center environment
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to handle high call volumes while maintaining quality service
Proficiency in order entry and data management systems
Skilled at managing inbound and outbound calls effectively
Familiarity with resolving customer issues and providing solutions
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment
