Job Responsibility
Respond to incoming customer inquiries with courtesy, empathy, and a solutions-oriented approach
Guide callers through questions or concerns, using sound judgment to resolve issues or route matters to the appropriate team when needed
Enter and maintain accurate customer information, case notes, and service details within company systems
Work across several applications at once to research accounts, update records, and complete service tasks efficiently
Listen carefully to understand customer needs, provide clear information, and help diffuse tense or difficult interactions
Follow established procedures while remaining flexible as priorities, tools, or workflows evolve
Partner with coworkers and supervisors to share information, maintain service standards, and support daily team goals
Maintain reliable attendance and punctuality to ensure consistent coverage for scheduled shifts
Requirements
Demonstrated experience in customer service, call center support, or a similar client-facing role
Ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal formats with a detail-oriented and respectful tone
Comfort using multiple computer systems simultaneously, including basic proficiency in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, including numeric entry
Solid problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate situations and determine appropriate next steps
Ability to adapt to updated procedures, new tools, and shifting business needs
Dependable work habits, including consistent attendance and the ability to contribute positively in a team setting
