We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative with prior experience in collections or mortgage servicing. The ideal candidate is comfortable handling sensitive financial information and is able to provide professional and empathetic support to clients.
Job Responsibility:
Handle inbound and outbound customer service calls regarding account status, payments, and general inquiries
Provide clear and accurate information related to collections or mortgage accounts
Negotiate payment arrangements and resolve outstanding balances within company guidelines
Document client interactions thoroughly in the system
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently
Uphold compliance, confidentiality, and company standards at all times
Requirements:
1+ years of solid customer service experience
Previous experience in collections, mortgage servicing, or a financial services customer service role
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Ability to remain professional and calm during difficult or sensitive interactions
Proficiency with standard office software and customer management systems
