Collaborate with account managers to resolve customer issues, ensure order accuracy, and track delivery timelines
Process and monitor sales documentation, verify contract terms, and maintain detailed records
Work cross-functionally with other departments to facilitate smooth client onboarding and ongoing account satisfaction
Identify opportunities to enhance customer service processes and suggest improvements to sales leadership
Provide follow-up and after-sales support to guarantee customer satisfaction and repeat business
Requirements:
Proven experience in a customer service role supporting a sales team or department (minimum 1 year preferred)
Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce experience is a plus)
Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset
