Job Responsibility:
Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries from customers
Provide accurate information, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high‑quality service
Document customer interactions, updates, and resolutions in internal systems
Maintain knowledge of company products, policies, and procedures
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve escalated issues
Assist with administrative tasks including data entry, order processing, and account updates
Maintain a positive, customer‑focused attitude in all interactions
Requirements:
1+ year of customer service, call center, or administrative experience
Strong communication and active‑listening skills
Ability to multitask while maintaining accurate documentation
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and comfort working with CRM or call‑tracking systems
Problem‑solving skills with a high level of professionalism
Ability to work in a structured, performance‑driven environment
