Customer Service Representative

• Handle 50 to 80 inbound and outbound calls daily, ensuring a detail oriented and positive customer experience
• Respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and provide accurate information about products, services, or policies
• Document all customer interactions in an internal database
• Collaborate with team members to meet key performance indicators (KPIs) and service-level agreements (SLAs)
• Proactively identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and suggest best practices for handling common inquiries

• Previous customer service experience in a high-volume call center required
• Sales or upselling experience
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and high attention to detail
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) tools is advantageous
