Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Midway City, California. This is a contract position offering an opportunity to work in a dynamic wholesale distribution environment. The role requires strong interpersonal skills and the ability to handle both customer interactions and administrative tasks efficiently.

Job Responsibility:

  • Process and input invoices accurately into company systems
  • Handle incoming calls and assist walk-in customers with their inquiries
  • Create customer quotes on the company website and ensure approval for each quote
  • Prepare invoices for customers using provided templates
  • Coordinate delivery schedules and manage pickup arrangements
  • Assist customers with plant selection and yard services
  • Perform data entry tasks using Microsoft Excel and other tools
  • Provide exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction at all times
  • Collaborate with team members to maintain smooth workflow and resolve customer issues

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel
  • Experience with order entry and invoice processing
  • Strong communication skills for handling inbound and outbound calls
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with working in a call center or customer-facing role
  • Comfortable working on-site and performing physical tasks as needed
  • Availability to work Saturdays with a weekday off
