We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Midway City, California. This is a contract position offering an opportunity to work in a dynamic wholesale distribution environment. The role requires strong interpersonal skills and the ability to handle both customer interactions and administrative tasks efficiently.
Job Responsibility:
Process and input invoices accurately into company systems
Handle incoming calls and assist walk-in customers with their inquiries
Create customer quotes on the company website and ensure approval for each quote
Prepare invoices for customers using provided templates
Coordinate delivery schedules and manage pickup arrangements
Assist customers with plant selection and yard services
Perform data entry tasks using Microsoft Excel and other tools
Provide exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction at all times
Collaborate with team members to maintain smooth workflow and resolve customer issues
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel
Experience with order entry and invoice processing
Strong communication skills for handling inbound and outbound calls
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with working in a call center or customer-facing role
Comfortable working on-site and performing physical tasks as needed
Availability to work Saturdays with a weekday off
