We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Concord, New Hampshire. This is a long-term contract position offering a dynamic work environment where you will engage with customers and ensure their needs are met efficiently. The role offers a mix of onsite and hybrid work arrangements after the initial training period.
Job Responsibility:
Handle inbound calls promptly and efficiently, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues
Provide accurate information related to billing, services, and account management
Utilize CRM tools to document customer interactions and maintain detailed records
Collaborate with team members to ensure customer needs are met effectively
Assist customers in navigating company processes and policies
Identify potential challenges and escalate them to appropriate departments when necessary
Support emergency operations during storm shifts or other urgent situations
Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining a positive and detail-oriented approach
Adapt to hybrid work schedules, including onsite and remote work as needed
Requirements:
Proficiency in using CRM software for managing customer interactions
Strong knowledge of billing practices and procedures
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrated ability to handle inbound calls in a customer service role
Proven ability to deliver high-quality customer support in a fast-paced environment
Attention to detail and organizational skills for accurate record-keeping
Flexibility to work adjusted hours during emergencies, such as storm shifts
Nice to have:
Experience in utilities or infrastructure industries is a plus
