In this role, the Customer Service Representative (CSR) will support both new and existing customers, either onsite or over the phone. Responsibilities include order intake, processing and delivery coordination, and providing technical support as needed. Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a proactive mindset are key to success in this position. Availability required: Monday through Friday, between the hours of 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM.

Job Responsibility:

  • Provide excellent customer service by identifying and assessing customer queries to achieve satisfaction
  • The ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Strong coordination and conflict resolution skills
  • Build, manage, and maintain positive business relationships
  • Assist with website navigation and order entry
  • Has to have access to a car, and the ability to drive to potential client visits
  • Deal with conflict resolution with an emphasis on customer retention
  • Understand the array of wireless products and services available to better support our customer as required

Requirements:

  • High school diploma
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Minimum 2 years customer service experience
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Highly organized individual with the ability to multitask
  • Strong computer skills

Nice to have:

  • Fluency in French is an asset
  • Having access to a car would be beneficial
