Job Description:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual to join our team for a one-month project centered around guest support. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys interacting with people, and is passionate about delivering exceptional service.

Job Responsibility:

Provide friendly and professional customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions
Sell tickets ensuring accurate processing and handling of payments
Assist customers with inquiries, ticketing issues, and transportation information
Maintain organized records of transactions and customer interactions
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and a positive customer experience

Requirements:

Previous experience in customer service, retail, call center, or ticketing preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable using point-of-sale systems and basic computer applications
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
Positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset
