Job Responsibility:

Uphold company standards in customer care and ensure satisfaction with every interaction
Requirements:
Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably within a similar industry
Strong ability to handle inbound calls and inquiries effectively
Familiarity with managing a multi-line phone system
Proficiency in job scheduling and coordinating tasks efficiently
Knowledge of billing processes and collections procedures
