We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team on a contract with potential for permanent employment. The ideal candidate will excel in handling inquiries, processing orders, and resolving customer concerns efficiently.
Job Responsibility:
Respond to customer inquiries regarding order status, delivery timelines, product specifications, and warranty information
Process and fulfill orders for stock products and accessories with accuracy and timeliness
Document customer interactions and complaints in the company’s system, ensuring proper follow-up with relevant departments and providing updates to customers
Investigate and resolve issues related to mis-shipments, financial discrepancies, and product history
Handle special projects as assigned, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met
Requirements:
Proven experience in customer service, administrative assistance, or a related field
Proficiency in using Excel, Word, and Salesforce.com to manage data and communications
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to handle email correspondence and phone inquiries professionally
Familiarity with office administration tasks and phone systems
Typing speed of 45 to 60 words per minute with a high level of accuracy
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a customer-focused approach
