Job Description:

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join a team in Malvern, Pennsylvania. In this hybrid position, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth order processing and exceptional customer support. This is a Contract to permanent opportunity, offering the chance to grow within a dynamic organization. Hours are 10:00 am to 6:30 pm.

Job Responsibility:

  • Accurately process customer orders and quotes in the system while verifying product availability and inventory levels
  • Collaborate with sales and warehouse teams to coordinate order entry, confirmations, and updates
  • Address customer inquiries regarding orders, pricing, returns, credits, and expedited shipping requests
  • Resolve issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain positive relationships
  • Utilize Salesforce to manage customer information and streamline processes
  • Monitor and track order statuses, providing timely updates to customers and internal teams
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures during all customer interactions
  • Assist with inbound and outbound calls, delivering attentive and courteous service
  • Support the team in achieving service targets and performance goals
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to enhancing operational efficiency

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a call center environment
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM systems
  • Strong skills in order entry and handling inbound/outbound calls
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams to meet customer needs
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency
  • Familiarity with managing customer inquiries related to pricing, returns, and shipping
  • Comfortable working in a hybrid schedule, including onsite and remote work
