Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join a team in Malvern, Pennsylvania. In this hybrid position, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth order processing and exceptional customer support. This is a Contract to permanent opportunity, offering the chance to grow within a dynamic organization. Hours are 10:00 am to 6:30 pm.

Job Responsibility

Accurately process customer orders and quotes in the system while verifying product availability and inventory levels
Collaborate with sales and warehouse teams to coordinate order entry, confirmations, and updates
Address customer inquiries regarding orders, pricing, returns, credits, and expedited shipping requests
Resolve issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain positive relationships
Utilize Salesforce to manage customer information and streamline processes
Monitor and track order statuses, providing timely updates to customers and internal teams
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures during all customer interactions
Assist with inbound and outbound calls, delivering attentive and courteous service
Support the team in achieving service targets and performance goals
Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to enhancing operational efficiency

Requirements

Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a call center environment
Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM systems
Strong skills in order entry and handling inbound/outbound calls
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams to meet customer needs
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency
Familiarity with managing customer inquiries related to pricing, returns, and shipping
Comfortable working in a hybrid schedule, including onsite and remote work
