Customer Service Representative

• Respond to inbound customer calls with professionalism, accuracy, and a service-focused approach
• Assist callers by following established scripts, policies, and procedures to provide consistent support
• Handle a mix of customer service interactions, including both incoming and outgoing calls as needed
• Maintain clear and accurate records of conversations, requests, and outcomes in the appropriate systems
• Participate in training and coaching sessions to build product knowledge and strengthen call handling skills
• Work a fixed schedule that includes either Saturday or Sunday along with four additional weekdays
• Collaborate with supervisors and team members to resolve customer concerns and escalate issues when appropriate

• Previous experience in customer service or call center support is preferred
• Ability to manage inbound and outbound phone conversations with confidence and professionalism
• Typing speed of at least 25 words per minute is required
• faster typing is strongly preferred
• Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to follow scripted guidance effectively
• Availability to work an on-site schedule with consistent assigned shifts

• Bilingual communication skills are a plus and may qualify for additional hourly compensation
