We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to support a non-profit organization in Richland Center, Wisconsin. Job Responsibility
Respond to incoming customer calls promptly and provide courteous, solution-focused assistance
Handle a steady volume of inquiries in a call center environment while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail
Enter orders and update customer information accurately within internal systems
Make outbound calls as needed to follow up on requests, confirm details, or provide status updates
Resolve routine service issues by gathering information, answering questions, and guiding customers to appropriate solutions
Document interactions clearly so records remain complete, organized, and easy to reference
Support day-to-day customer service operations by prioritizing tasks and meeting established response expectations
Requirements
Previous experience in customer service, call center support, or a similar customer-facing role
Ability to manage inbound and outbound calls with confidence, professionalism, and empathy
Strong data entry and order processing skills with a high degree of accuracy
Clear verbal communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with a wide range of customers
Comfortable using computer systems and navigating multiple tools while assisting callers
Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle several tasks in a fast-paced environment
