We are seeking a dedicated and personable Customer Service Representative to join our team and deliver outstanding support to clients and customers. In this role, you will be the key point of contact for inbound inquiries, problem resolution, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Job Responsibility:
Respond to customer queries via phone, email, and chat in a prompt and detail oriented manner
Resolve complaints, provide solutions, and follow up to ensure complete satisfaction
Guide customers through products and services, helping them select suitable options
Document all customer interactions and maintain records in CRM systems
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address escalations and complex issues
Provide feedback to management on recurring problems and opportunities for service improvement
Support onboarding and education initiatives for new customers when needed
Stay up to date on product knowledge, policies, and procedures
Requirements:
Proven customer service experience or in a similar role
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Familiarity with CRM platforms and digital communication tools detail oriented, friendly, and patient attitude when dealing with customers
Ability to work as part of a team and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Nice to have:
Experience in industries such as healthcare, education, construction, or detail oriented services
Relevant certifications, such as Certified Customer Service detail oriented (CCSP) or Google Workspace Certification
Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus
