We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Hartland, Wisconsin. This role involves managing customer interactions, processing orders, and handling accounts receivable tasks while ensuring efficient communication with various customer classes. The ideal candidate will have experience in consumer goods and be comfortable performing diverse responsibilities, including social media marketing and front desk duties. This is a Contract to long-term position, offering an opportunity to transition into a lasting role.
Job Responsibility:
Process order receipts and confirmations for retail, corporate, and wholesale customers
Accurately enter and route orders for various customer categories, including wholesale, distributors, web, retail, donations, and exports
Handle accounts receivable tasks such as invoicing, deposits, and responding to inquiries
Address customer service needs, including complaints, product inquiries, and requests for purchasing information
Manage donation requests and set up new customer profiles in the database
Perform filing and maintain organization for front desk and reception duties
Monitor aged receivables on a weekly basis to ensure timely follow-up
Generate monthly customer statements and prepare salesperson commission reports
Assist with social media marketing efforts on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and Pinterest
Conduct annual tasks such as trade show lead follow-ups and rotating stock in the showroom
Requirements:
Proven customer service experience, preferably in a call center or consumer goods environment
Proficiency in order entry and managing inbound and outbound calls
Familiarity with accounts receivable processes, including invoicing and deposits
Ability to handle receptionist duties and maintain front desk professionalism
Experience with social media marketing across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and Pinterest
Strong organizational skills for filing and database management
Excellent communication skills to address customer inquiries and complaints effectively
Knowledge of managing aged receivables and generating detailed statements and reports
