We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Atlanta, Georgia. This is a Contract to permanent position offering the opportunity to contribute to a dynamic environment within the real estate and property industry. The ideal candidate will excel in data management, client interactions, and ensuring accuracy in payment processes.
Job Responsibility:
Perform bulk data entry tasks with precision and attention to detail
Review and validate payment information to ensure accuracy within the system
Code and manage financial transactions efficiently
Analyze ledgers and reconcile discrepancies as needed
Maintain accurate records and documentation using Salesforce
Handle up to 30 inbound and outbound calls daily, addressing customer inquiries and concerns
Provide exceptional customer service in a call center environment
Utilize Yardi and Salesforce software for data processing and record keeping
Collaborate with team members to improve processes and workflows
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all tasks
Requirements:
Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a call center setting
Proficiency in order entry and handling inbound and outbound calls
Strong analytical skills for reviewing and reconciling financial data
Familiarity with Yardi and Salesforce software is highly preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Nice to have:
Experience in the real estate or property industry is a plus
