Job Responsibility:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email with professionalism and clarity
Assist in resolving customer concerns and escalating issues when necessary
Support the collections process, with training provided as needed
Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions
Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and meet customer needs
Ensure timely follow-up on pending customer requests
Communicate effectively with clients to provide updates and necessary information
Contribute to a positive team environment by sharing insights and feedback
Uphold company standards and policies in all interactions
Requirements:
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Proficiency in handling customer inquiries via phone and email
Ability to learn and assist with collections processes
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Nice to have:
Bilingual in Chinese
Familiarity with call center operations
