Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team located in Bala Cynwyd, Pennsylvania. As a Customer Service Representative, in this long-term contract role, you will play a vital part in ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining high standards of service. This is an on-site position requiring attention to detail and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Job Responsibility:

Proactively communicate with retail stores to address concerns, provide feedback, and resolve issues in a timely manner
Deliver outstanding customer service by effectively handling inquiries and offering practical solutions
Manage and de-escalate challenging situations to ensure positive outcomes for customers
Utilize the Microsoft Office Suite to document, track, and communicate customer service activities
Respond to inbound and outbound calls promptly, ensuring all customer interactions are handled efficiently
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and outcomes to support continuous improvement
Collaborate with team members to share insights and enhance overall service quality

Requirements:

Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call center or retail environment
Strong proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on active listening
Ability to manage and resolve conflicts effectively while maintaining professionalism
Skilled in handling inbound and outbound calls with a customer-focused approach
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Availability to work on-site Monday through Friday, adhering to a business casual dress code
