Job Description:

Working closely with the Sales Manager and wider team, you will be responsible for ensuring customers receive a smooth and efficient service from start to finish. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys providing excellent service, is highly organised, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibility:

  • Handling customer enquiries by phone and email
  • Setting up and maintaining customer accounts
  • Processing orders accurately using internal systems
  • Preparing invoices and acknowledgements
  • Coordinating the quotation process and contract reviews
  • Supporting the external sales team with information requests
  • Managing returns, credits and customer claims
  • Keeping CRM systems updated and accurate
  • Liaising with colleagues across Europe to gather information for client requests

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a customer service role
  • Strong IT skills with good attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritise workload and work well under pressure
  • Experience with ERP/MRP systems is an advantage but not essential
  • Confident using Microsoft Office packages, particularly Word and Excel
  • Comfortable working with systems to process data and orders
