Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in White Bear Lake, Minnesota. In this role, you will assist customers with technical tooling solutions, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency. This position offers a contract-to-permanent opportunity in the manufacturing industry, providing an excellent chance to grow within the company.

Job Responsibility:

  • Provide expert guidance to customers by understanding and communicating complex and technical tooling solutions
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve issues to deliver optimal tooling recommendations
  • Review customer applications and technical prints to identify the most suitable tooling solutions
  • Collaborate effectively with team members, sales representatives, designers, and external distributors to ensure seamless customer interactions
  • Maintain accurate records and handle data entry tasks using Microsoft Office tools and other systems
  • Participate in regular communication with customers and co-workers, ensuring clarity and professionalism
  • Utilize bilingual Spanish/English skills to assist a diverse customer base and communicate technical product information
  • Support additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Spanish and English, with the ability to speak, read, and write professionally in both languages
  • Previous experience in customer service, ideally within a manufacturing or technical environment
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to understand technical product details
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for interacting with customers and team members
  • Capability to convey technical information clearly to customers and co-workers
  • Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Familiarity with handling inbound and outbound calls, order entry, and email communications
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
