QC Supply is looking for a Customer Service Representative. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting the customers face to face, via phone, email, and/or chat to place orders, answer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide excellent service.
Job Responsibility:
Accurately place orders for customers
Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude towards customers at all time
Responding promptly to customer inquiries
Communication with customer through various channels, phone, email and chat platforms
Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints
Processing customer orders
Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary
Communicating with vendors
Providing accurate, valid and complete information by using the correct method and tools
Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution
Answer questions about warranties or terms of sale
Requirements:
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Ability to read and understand basic English
Nice to have:
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
Ability to multi task, prioritize and manage time effectively
Ability to work under pressure
Strong organizational skill
Computer skill- confident using Outlook, word, Excel
