A growing medical device manufacturer is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support customers, distributors, and internal sales teams. This position plays a critical role in ensuring customer orders are processed accurately and inquiries are resolved efficiently. Job Responsibility
Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone and email
Process customer orders, returns, and product requests
Provide order status updates and shipping information
Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently
Coordinate with operations and logistics teams regarding order fulfillment
Maintain customer records within CRM and ERP systems
Generate reports and assist with documentation requests
Support sales and account management teams
Ensure data accuracy within customer databases
Requirements
2+ years of customer service or order processing experience
Experience within manufacturing, healthcare, or medical device industries preferred
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Experience with Salesforce, NetSuite, or ERP systems is a plus
