Customer Service Representative

• Process customer quotes and accurately convert them into orders within the designated system
• Verify purchase order details, including pricing, terms, and shipping requirements, to ensure accuracy
• Collaborate with sales, engineering, production, warehouse, and credit teams to address customer needs and resolve issues
• Monitor and communicate order statuses, manage backlogs, and provide timely delivery updates to clients
• Handle product returns, manage credit memos, and process credit applications as needed
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and documentation
• Assist with shipping logistics, including preparing necessary documentation for smooth delivery
• Identify opportunities for upselling accessories and parts, contributing to revenue growth

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B customer service or order management
• Proficiency in using ERP systems, with SAP experience preferred but not required
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals
• Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and orders simultaneously
• Familiarity with manufacturing or industrial environments, with a focus on customer interactions
• Strong skills in handling logistics, preparing quotes, and managing credit-related documentation
• Effective communication skills for both internal coordination and client interactions
