We are looking for a dependable Customer Service Representative to support daily service operations in Henrico, Virginia. Job Responsibility
Respond to inbound customer calls professionally and provide timely assistance based on established service procedures
Follow a consistent multi-step workflow to complete daily tasks accurately and in the correct order
Coordinate scheduling activities and help manage appointment or delivery-related timing as needed
Perform administrative support duties such as updating records, organizing information, and maintaining documentation
Use Microsoft Office applications to enter data, track activity, and prepare routine correspondence or reports
Communicate clearly with internal teams and customers to help ensure service needs are addressed efficiently
Adapt to changing daily call activity while maintaining accuracy, professionalism, and productivity
Support coverage needs across standard weekday business hours, including flexible scheduling when required
Requirements
Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
Previous experience in customer service, administrative support, or a similar office-based role
Ability to follow detailed processes consistently and complete repetitive tasks with a high level of accuracy
Strong verbal communication skills and a detail-oriented phone manner for handling inbound calls
Comfortable managing scheduling tasks, calendars, or appointment coordination
