Job Responsibility

  • Manage and process a high volume of B2B customer orders received via email and inbound phone calls
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries, handle order tracking, and coordinate resolutions for backordered products
  • Resolve customer complaints with professionalism and manage the end-to-end merchandise return process
  • Rigorously maintain and organize the department's shared email inbox to ensure a seamless and efficient workflow
  • Navigate and enter transactional data daily within the SAP system

Requirements

  • Prior professional experience in customer service within the distribution, food, or manufacturing industries
  • Fully bilingual in French and English (a minimum functional level of 7/10 is required to confidently communicate with out-of-province clients in Ontario and the Maritimes)
  • Comfortable managing a fast-paced environment with a high volume of simultaneous calls and emails
  • Strong resourcefulness, autonomy, and excellent teamwork skills suited for a shared office environment

Nice to have

Prior experience or familiarity with SAP software is considered a major asset
