Job Responsibility:
Respond to inbound and outbound customer inquiries promptly and professionally

Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction
Utilize computer systems effectively to input and retrieve data

Support call center operations by managing high call volumes efficiently
Deliver excellent service while adhering to organizational policies and procedures
Requirements:
Proven experience in a customer service or administrative role
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in data entry and record-keeping
Ability to manage inbound and outbound calls effectively
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Experience in handling order entry tasks accurately
