As part of a long-term contract opportunity, you will play a key role in delivering attentive and accurate support to enhance customer satisfaction.
Job Responsibility:
Handle inbound calls from members regarding dental and vision coverage obtained through their associations
Process payments and provide detailed rate and plan information
Submit updates and changes to members' insurance coverage as requested
Direct members to the appropriate carrier for claims-related inquiries
Utilize multiple systems and screens efficiently while maintaining accuracy
Work collaboratively to ensure a consistent and high-quality customer experience
Deliver thorough and timely resolutions to member inquiries
Maintain a considerate and courteous demeanor in all interactions
Uphold strong attendance and dependability to support team success
Requirements:
Previous experience in customer service is required, showcasing professionalism and efficiency
Call center experience is preferred
Proficient in working with multiple computer systems and screens simultaneously
Demonstrated ability to deliver accurate and high-quality work consistently
Skilled in using Microsoft Office applications
Proven reliability and strong attendance record
Ability to maintain a solution-oriented approach in challenging situations
