Robert Half is looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join a dynamic team in Lexington-Fayette, Kentucky. In this Contract to permanent position, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional service by assisting clients, managing reservations, and resolving issues efficiently. Job Responsibility:
Respond to inbound and outbound calls, ensuring department goals are met
Process client reservations accurately and within expected timelines
Enter reservation details into the system with precision
Communicate professionally with clients and internal departments to address issues
Use proper grammar and clear communication to document client needs and concerns
Begin assigned tasks promptly and ensure timely completion
Adapt to various duties and responsibilities as assigned
Collaborate with team members to maintain a seamless workflow
Uphold high standards of customer service and problem resolution
Requirements:
At least 6 months of experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proven ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and internet navigation
Capability to navigate and utilize computer systems efficiently
Ability to perform well in fast-paced and evolving work settings
Demonstrates initiative, responsibility, punctuality, and ownership of tasks
