Job Responsibility:
Receiving and placing telephone calls
Provides accurate, friendly customer service in a timely fashion
Acts as the main point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, processing orders/returns, and providing product information via phone, email, or chat to ensure satisfaction
Checking in with customers to ensure satisfaction with purchases or services
Requirements:
Experience processing transactions and performing extensive research to resolve complex customer inquiries
Excellent verbal, written, and social communication skills

Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information
