We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Vandalia, Ohio. In this role, you will handle member services tasks with precision and attention to detail, ensuring smooth operations and excellent support. Job Responsibility:
Perform accurate data entry into member portals, ensuring successful submission and confirmation
Process enrollments and update eligibility records in a timely manner
Reach out to vendors and respond to inquiries from representatives as needed
Scan and index documents for efficient record-keeping
Distribute mail and manage correspondence effectively
Generate and review reports to support business operations
Schedule appointments and maintain organized records
Manage email correspondence, ensuring prompt and detail-oriented communication
Provide outstanding customer service by answering inbound calls and resolving member inquiries
Requirements:
Proven experience in customer service or a related field
Proficiency in data entry and familiarity with member portals
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to handle email correspondence professionally and efficiently
Experience with scheduling appointments and managing calendars
A proactive approach to problem-solving and multitasking
