Job Responsibility
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person
Resolve customer concerns efficiently and professionally
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM or other systems
Process orders, returns, account updates, and service requests
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when needed
Provide product, service, and policy information to customers
Follow up on open cases to ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction
Collaborate with internal teams to improve service delivery and customer outcomes
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required
associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
1+ years of customer service, call center, or administrative support experience preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and customer relationship management systems
Excellent problem-solving, conflict resolution, and multitasking abilities
Ability to remain calm, empathetic, and professional under pressure
